FAQ's

Who is organizing Festa al Cel 2025?

The 2025 edition of Festa al Cel is organized by the Salou City Council, with the Coordination and Technical Direction of the Aeroclub Barcelona-Sabadell, and in collaboration with the Spanish Air and Space Force, Enaire, AENA (Reus Airport), and AeroS, Catalonia’s aerospace cluster. The event production is managed by Targa Iberia.

What is the cost of admission?

Entry is completely free for all audiences.

Who funds the Festa al Cel?

The 2025 Festa al Cel is sponsored by the Salou City Council along with other private sponsors who provide the financial resources that make the program so broad and varied.

A large part of the festival is carried out voluntarily, with organizations and individuals collaborating without receiving any compensation.

What determines the participation of a plane/team/helicopter?

In the case of military performances, the Festival sends invitations to the different armed forces, which accept or decline based on their availability.

For civilian performances, it depends on the Festival’s budget, which is in turn linked to the number of private sponsors.

There are also logistical limitations, such as date incompatibilities, long distances, or technical issues.

What happens if it rains?

In case of light rain, the organization will try to maintain the planned schedule, adapting the times if necessary.

If the rain is heavy or there are adverse weather conditions (strong wind, electrical storm, low visibility), some displays may be canceled or postponed for safety reasons.

The safety of pilots, the public, and the teams is the absolute priority.

The organization will communicate any changes through the public address system, social media, and official information points.
